This is a highly commercial, product-facing role focused on supporting sales conversations, shaping go-to-market strategy, and driving early customer adoption of new products and features .
You'll work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Tech, acting as the product expert in customer-facing situations, translating customer needs into clear value propositions, and helping turn product ideas into revenue.
This role is well-suited to someone from a pre-sales, sales engineering, product marketing, or GTM background who enjoys being close to customers and influencing deals through strong product knowledge.
Act as the product specialist in live sales cycles, supporting discovery, demos, and use-case validationPartner with Sales to articulate product value and improve deal outcomesTrack product adoption, customer feedback, and commercial signals to inform prioritisation3+ years' experience in a sales-facing product role (Pre-Sales, Sales Engineer, Product Marketing, GTM, or similar)~ Strong commercial mindset with confidence in customer-facing environments~ Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing~ Data-driven approach to validating ideas and measuring impact~ Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or SalesforceFluent German and professional English
