The call will be strongopen from November 28 to December 18 /strong, so interested applicants are encouraged to strongcontact us as early as possible /strong to prepare a joint proposal within this timeframe. /ppbr/ppstrongKey responsabilities /strong /pulliBeing responsible of performing experiment focus on the antibody development from start to finish (mice immunization - hybridoma screening – antibody engineering – antibody production) /liliExpress different antibody formats using mammalian expression systems. /liliPurify expressed proteins using a range of chromatography techniques. /liliCharacterize and perform quality control of purified antibodies molecules using biochemical and biophysical methods (e.g. SDS-PAGE, CE-SDS). /liliDesign and generate DNA constructs using a variety of cloning strategies. /liliThis is a wet lab position and is expected for you to directly perform the above-mentioned tasks. /liliAnalyse, interpret, and clearly communicate experimental data, both verbally and in written reports. /liliMaintain accurate and timely records of all work in laboratory notebooks, in accordance with company procedures. /liliCollaborate cross-functionally with the different departments to ensure successful selection, implementation and execution of translational research and clinically relevant biomarker assays and plans. /liliSupport the Immunochemistry team in antibody testing and contribute to day-to-day lab operations (e.g. maintenance of instruments, preparation of SOPs and risk assessments. /liliBeing a proactive player in writing scientific publications and grants. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequired technical skills /strong /pulliHold a PhD in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Antibody Discovery, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Immunology or a related field /liliHave proven expertise in antibody/chimeric protein development, with a strong understanding of the antibody engineering and scaled-up production. /liliHave an in-depth understanding and hands-on research experience of molecular biology and cellular biology techniques, including DNA cloning and mammalian cell culture. /liliHave hands-on experience with in-vivo models (mice). /li /ulpbr/ppstrongPreferred technical skills /strong /pulliExperience in biochemical Immunoassays (e.g. ELISA, SPR, RIA, CLIA). /liliHands-on experience with flow cytometry FACS. /li /ulpbr/ppSend your CV and a one-page motivation letter to: /ppbr/p
