This Is The Challenge
At VML The Cocktail we seek people who thrive on speed and can translate technology challenges into actionable strategies for our clients. We are looking for a Strategy Consultant with a passion for digital transformation who will help grow our new transformational consulting practice from the ground up.
Responsibilities
* Help develop end‑to‑end digital transformation projects.
* Identify problems and formulate hypotheses leveraging VML The Cocktail’s resources and know‑how.
* Articulate conclusions in executive documents.
* Apply experience in operational models and change management projects, assessing, implementing, and optimizing strategies for organizational transformation.
* Lead dynamics and workshops to involve clients in VML The Cocktail’s creative and solution process.
* Immersively engage in the day‑to‑day activities of clients to understand culture, organization, and processes, extracting valuable conclusions.
* Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams with UX, UI, Brand, Data, and Technology members for the implementation of new products and services.
* Identify client needs that may lead to new business proposals.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a client‑facing environment, preferably leading strategic digital transformation projects from start to finish.
* Understanding of marketing trends and outputs, with project delivery experience or prior work in a marketing department.
* Strong analytical, research, communication, and presentation skills.
* Critical and creative thinking with the ability to execute on details.
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
* Willingness to navigate fast‑paced, start‑up‑style environments.
* Autonomous, energetic, and proactive when facing new disruptive challenges.
* Appetite for digital ecosystems.
