Key Responsibilities: Market Research and Strategy: Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development decisions. Client Development: Proactively seek out and establish long-term relationships with key clients, including national power companies, EPC contractors, and industrial enterprises. Sales and Technical Support: Deliver professional product presentations, respond to technical inquiries, and work closely with internal teams to prepare customized proposals and project documents. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in international market development/sales within the transformer, power equipment, or heavy industry sector. Skills: Excellent command of English, proficiency in other foreign languages, cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
