Responsibilities
Client & Business Development
* Ensure an exceptional customer experience, acting as a role model in client engagement and sales performance.
* Build and nurture strong client relationships, implementing CRM strategies to drive loyalty and repurchase behavior.
* Translate general objectives into daily team goals and store KPIs.
Store Operations
* Oversee all store operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and operational excellence.
* Ensure the store is always impeccably presented and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines.
* Manage stock levels, replenishment, and product rotation to optimize inventory.
* Drive and support all marketing initiatives in‑store.
Team Leadership & Development
* Coach and retain a high‑performing team with a positive and collaborative mindset.
* Promote a growth‑oriented environment.
* Create an inclusive, supportive, and empowering workspace.
Brand Representation
* Embody Ma Cherie’s values and act as a true brand ambassador both in‑store and in the local community.
* Ensure alignment between store execution and the brand’s image, voice, and wellness philosophy.
* Represent the store in communication with the Head Office and contribute to overall brand positioning.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, ideally in wellness or cosmetics.
* Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
* Excellent communication, organizational and time‑management skills.
* Deep focus on client service excellence.
* Passion for wellness, beauty, and sustainable retail.
