Job Description
We will have several opportunities and openings in our Execution Logistics department and are looking for talented individuals for the short-term future. Please register below, and we will contact you when relevant vacancies become available.
As a member of our centralized Supply Chain Logistics Execution team in Madrid, you will be responsible for executing all logistical flows within Europe. Depending on your language skills, you will be assigned to a team within a specific set of countries, ensuring CHEP provides a consistent and efficient supply of equipment to its customers—retailers and manufacturers—at the right time, in the right manner, and at the lowest cost to deliver high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage order processing daily
* Ensure On-Time Performance and monitor transport quality
* Support incident resolution related to execution
* Provide logistics support for CHEP and external managed service customers
* Manage dedicated fleets and routes
* Coordinate with local customers and third-party providers to deliver orders
Experience Required
* Experience in an office environment with customer and provider interactions via email and calls
* Experience handling urgent requests confidently
* Logistics execution experience is preferred
* Interest or background in Supply Chain is advantageous
Skills and Knowledge
* Basic computer skills (Office, Email, Excel)
* Ability to relate well with customers, transporters, team members, and other departments
* SAP and Transport Management System experience is desirable
Language Requirements
* Proficiency in English and/or Spanish is mandatory
* Additional EU languages (e.g., German, Italian, French, Portuguese, Dutch, etc.) are a plus
