To achieve sales targets within the established profitability framework, managing Sales Reps to deliver company goals and commercial targets aligned with business and customer visions.
What you’ll do
* Define, develop, and execute strategies for Sales Representatives in line with business requirements and customer vision.
* Collaborate with Business Sales Managers, KAMs, CCSD, and Marketing to ensure alignment with category and channel plans.
* Ensure achievement of targets and KPIs in volume, turnover, trade spend, and customer contribution.
* Develop sales through assortment management, innovation, pricing, promotions, POS materials, and shelf management.
* Build customer relationships through joint business planning and top customer engagement to boost sales.
* Ensure compliance with company principles, policies, trade terms, safety, and legal regulations.
* Develop careers, succession plans, and coach Sales Reps with a focus on communication, safety, and wellness.
* Guarantee worker safety and health, and environmental compliance.
* Require 5+ years of experience in a similar role, managing pharma channels, and leading teams.
* Proven success in diverse commercial roles with strong analytical and communication skills.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
