Nakupuna Consulting is seeking an Intermediate Aviation Analyst to join our team of talented consultants providing professional services to Commander, Naval Air Force Atlantic in support of Aviation Support Departments (ASDs), aviation squadrons, ships, and Department of Defense activities in the Atlantic region. This individual shall perform supply support and miscellaneous clerical work to support the organization and provide Supply program functions.
Responsibilities
* Perform tasks related to completing individual transactions, providing customer assistance, screening reference files, and reviewing stock record cards.
* Monitor and maintain the accountability programs for the command in an automated data processing system.
* Review and audit all property accountable documents for accuracy of data and regulatory compliance.
* Perform changes during specified requirements of data from files, vendors, and other records for specialized and unique equipment.
* Conduct necessary research to resolve unprocessed supply documents and update national stock numbers (NSNs).
* Coordinate procurement actions utilizing the standard stock system for specific supply support programs.
* Maintain and review document control registers for supply actions, ensuring no misuse of the requisitioning process.
* Monitor and conduct research to update status on inventory and prepare status reports for management and customers.
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate possesses experience in naval aviation supply processes and procedures, familiar with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) and NALCOMIS, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Education/Experience: This position requires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 4 years experience in Naval Aviation supply.
Location: Rota, Spain
Clearance Requirements: Secret security clearance required.
US Citizenship: This position supports a Government Contract whose terms require staffing only with US Citizens.
Physical Requirements:
* Frequently lift and/or move parts up to 25lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move parts up to 50lbs.
* Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for the majority of working hours.
* Ability to climb/scale ladders and/or manlifts to inventory parts on elevated shelves.
* Frequently bend, stretch, twist, or reach out.
* Frequently use arms, hands, and fingers to grasp, move, package, and count small objects.
* Wear a mask, depending on individual warehouse requirements.
* Occasionally carry items up to 20lbs for up to 100ft.
* Execute physical tasks in warehouses that may not be environmentally controlled.
