Key Responsibilities1. Parts Technical Support & EPC System Management
* Proficiently use the EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog) system to search, verify, and release part numbers, ensuring accuracy and uniqueness of parts data.
* Track and maintain technical data for new models and upgraded equipment;
ensure timely database updates and provide prompt support to dealers.
* Provide technical consultation to overseas dealers regarding parts compatibility, substitutions, and drawing identification.
2. Dealer Support & Issue Resolution
* Monitor and resolve dealers’ daily issues related to the order system and EPC usage;
provide remote guidanceor coordinate with IT when necessary.
* Handle dealer complaints regarding incorrect shipments, missing parts, or quality concerns;
follow through to resolution and improve dealer satisfaction.
3. End-to-End Order Management & Optimization
* Review, process, and allocate overseas dealer orders;
monitor execution status from order placement to outbound shipment.
* Track urgent orders end-to-end, coordinating cross-functionally (warehouse, production, procurement) to shorten delivery lead times.
* Analyze order data and provide optimization recommendations for unreasonable ordering patterns;
guide dealers in scientific inventory planning.
4. International Logistics Coordination & Customs Support
* Possess solid knowledge of overseas customs clearance procedures;
assist in resolving delays or exceptions caused by documentation or classification issues to ensure smooth clearance at destination ports.
* Liaise with logistics carriers, track in-transit shipments, and resolve transportation exceptions (e.G., damage, loss, port congestion).
* Cost & efficiency optimization: Analyze existing logistics routes and packaging solutions;
reduce logistics costs and improve efficiency through shipment consolidation, transport optimization, and freight rate negotiation.
5. System Optimization & Process Improvement
* Understand order processing system logic;
propose system enhancement requirements based on operational pain points and participate in UAT testing.
* Map the full parts operation process from inbound to dealer delivery, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvement plans to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications1. Education
* Associate degree or above;
majors in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, International Trade, Logistics Management, or related fields preferred.
2. Experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience in parts management, after-sales support, or international logistics.
* Experience in construction machinery or the automotive industry preferred.
3. Skills
* Core Skills: Proficient in EPC systems with the ability to quickly interpret technical drawings and analyze parts structures.
* Systems: Skilled in ERP and/or WMS/TMS systems;
strong understanding oforder management systems.
* International Trade: Familiar with overseas customs clearance processes, Incoterms, and documentation requirements.
* Office Software: Advanced Excel skills (e.G., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP);
strong data analysis capability.
* Communication: Strong cross‑functional communication skills and customer service mindset;
capable of handling complaints and urgent situations effectively.
* Analytical Thinking: Strong problem‑solving skills;
able to propose concrete optimization solutions for logistics or order bottlenecks.
* Resilience: Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage urgent orders and multi‑tasking effectively.
* Language: Good English reading and writing skills (for English‑speaking markets), capable of handling English documentation and email communication;
local language proficiency required where applicable.
