You will join NEMI’s Innovation & Strategy team, working closely with the Chief Innovation Officer, and play an active role in identifying, shaping, and developing European and national innovation projects aligned with NEMI’s mission.
Your role
You will join NEMI’s Innovation & Strategy team, working closely with the Chief Innovation Officer, and play an active role in identifying, shaping, and developing European and national innovation projects aligned with NEMI’s mission.
What you will do
* Identify and follow European funding programmes (Horizon Europe, LIFE, Interreg, Eureka) and selected national instruments (CDTI, Misiones, Ports 4.0, Red.Es), coordinating with external consultants when needed
* Actively build and nurture international consortia : networking, matchmaking events, direct outreach, follow-ups, and partner coordination
* Prepare concept notes and executive summaries to attract partners and position NEMI in consortia
* Contribute to the preparation of full proposals, with strong technical judgement and clear, high-quality writing
* Represent NEMI at European events, info days, brokerage sessions, and project meetings
* Participate in project execution, including high-quality deliverables and support in reporting and justification
* Support clients and partners (public administrations, operators) in identifying funding opportunities aligned with NEMI solutions
* Collaborate with product and technical teams to turn funded project results into real product improvements
* Contribute to innovation-driven content for marketing and positioning
* Support small impact assessments, collecting indicators and analysing the real impact of mobility services with a critical, analytical mindset
What we are looking for
* Experience working on European-funded projects and international proposals
* Proven exposure to consortium building, networking, and partner management
* Confidence interacting with senior and C-level stakeholders across organisations
* Strong skills in written English, synthesis, and idea pitching (Catalan/Spanish are a plus)
* Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple conversations and ideas at once
* Versatility and curiosity to grow with the company, expanding skills and responsibilities as NEMI evolves
* Motivation to grow professionally, take ownership, and travel occasionally across Europe
