Tempe is the footwear and accessories division of the Inditex Group. We are located in Alicante and have more than 2000 professionals from different nationalities. The Group's brands are represented in Tempe: Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Bershka, Zara Home, Oysho, and Stradivarius, each with its own Design, Manufacturing, Buying, Product, and Distribution team.
Job Responsibilities
1. Define, plan, and execute the online commercial strategy for the season for international markets and assigned lines, selecting products and setting directives for commercial, distribution, and communication objectives.
2. Provide information and content for the press minisite of the brand and showrooms to promote product appearance.
3. Define the product image for each campaign, including presentation, looks, and details in collaboration with the Image team.
4. Assess and select products suitable for international markets, identifying gaps or specific needs.
5. Manage the product's commercial strategy, including lifecycle, collection updates, cross-selling with clothing collections, and inclusion in special content.
6. Plan merchandise stock levels and timing for the online shop, including initial product roll-out in international markets.
7. Ensure the availability and quality of content necessary for selling products, such as graphics, descriptions, translations, and details.
8. Develop comprehensive communication plans across various channels, coordinating graphic material and marketing activities.
9. Analyze web metrics to identify product and merchandising needs, providing insights for business improvement.
Academic Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Advertising, or related fields.
* Master's or higher degree in Communication, E-Commerce, Commercial Management, or Marketing; specialization in fashion companies is a plus.
Specific Skills and Knowledge
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
* Experience in Sales and Marketing.
* Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics and Marketplaces is highly regarded.
