Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Provide financial insights and support to local management.
Optimize financial processes and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Monitor KPIs and propose performance‑enhancing initiatives.
Support internal and external audits.
This role reports directly to:
The Finance Director for Spain, based in Oviedo, and
The Group CFO, based in France.
Perfil del candidato
4-6 years of experience in financial controlling.
Strong analytical skills and business‑oriented mindset.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools.
Professional level of English (French is a plus).
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
