The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a junior role for individuals looking to start or grow their sales careers. The primary responsibilities include finding and qualifying leads through prospecting within new and existing clients, nurturing prospects to convert them into scheduled appointments with Account Executives. The SDR will utilize outbound calls, emails, video, and social media to reach decision-makers, develop relationships, and demonstrate product knowledge and communication skills.

About The Role
* Make outbound calls to set appointments for sales teams, identify, generate, and qualify new leads using analytics and marketing processes.
* Explain product benefits concisely to generate interest.
* Prospect and acquire new customer contacts.
* Understand customer archetypes and needs within specific segments.
* Identify contacts and run targeted sales campaigns, including email sequencing.
* Use social media to connect and score potential leads.
* Test and pilot new sales enablement tools.
* Key metrics include pipeline volume, appointments set, pipeline value, closed deal revenue, and response times.
About You
* Native German proficiency in speaking and writing.
* Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
* Experience with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce CRM, and other sales tools is advantageous.
* Skills in Agile methodologies, communication, relationship building, client service, and delivering value are important.
* English language proficiency is mandatory.
