Position Purpose
As a
Business Development Growth Specialist
, you will be at the forefront of expanding our reach and impact. Your mission? Drive patient acquisition, strengthen referral networks, and elevate our brand presence across your state. You will build authentic relationships with healthcare professionals, community organisations, and corporate partners, helping more people access world-class fertility care.
Role Responsibilities
* Develop and implement state-based business development plans aligned with national growth objectives
* Identify and pursue new referral sources, market segments, and partnership opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with referring clinicians, allied health professionals, and community organisations
* Represent City Fertility at professional conferences, networking events, and community forums as a brand ambassador
* Deliver targeted educational and engagement events for healthcare professionals and community audiences
* Monitor referral trends, conversion metrics, and campaign effectiveness; provide regular performance reports
* Collaborate with State Operations Managers and clinical teams to align business development activities with operational capacity
* Ensure compliance with RTAC standards, NHMRC guidelines, privacy laws, and ethical marketing practices
* Utilise CRM systems to manage stakeholder engagement and maintain accurate data records
* Support implementation of corporate fertility benefit programs and workplace wellness initiatives
* Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning
What We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing within healthcare or related sectors, with proven growth outcomes
* Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy in stakeholder engagement
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with ability to interpret data and market trends to drive decision-making
* Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and digital communication platforms
* Current driver's license and ability to travel regularly within assigned state
