Location: Remote (Integral)
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Competitive base salary + commission
Industry: Online CFD Trading (FX, Crypto, Oil, Metals, Shares, Indices)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research and provide insights for business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience
- Represent the company and promote our trading products and services
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in Farsi (C1) & English (C1) (both written & spoken)
- Proven portfolio of active FX clients and ability to rapidly expand the network
- 3-4 years of experience in Forex/CFD trading sales & business development
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading products
- Excellent negotiation & sales skills with a target-driven approach
- Ability to work independently & remotely in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
