This role will provide vital support to the showroom manager and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the showroom. Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and preparing documents.
* Utilize Canva to create marketing materials and social media content.
* Manage basic purchasing and sales inventory, ensuring accurate records.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including sales ledger and purchase ledger entries.
* Utilize Xero accounting software (advantageous).
* Greet and assist visitors to the showroom, providing excellent customer service.
* Maintain a well-organized and professional showroom environment.
Skills & Requirements:
* Must speak English and Spanish.
* Confident user of Canva.
* Proficient in Google Documents and Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience with Xero accounting software is a plus.
* Experience with basic purchasing, sales inventory management, and bookkeeping.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Professional and presentable demeanour.
* Driving license preferred but not essential.
