**Senior Project Manager**

We´re expanding our team at Alén Space, and are looking for a Junior Project Manager; **with passion in what you do**, talented and experienced; to lead our Mission Control Center team and help build the future of space technology.
**What you will be doing?**
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Plan projects and monitor their progress.
- Identify risks and other potential obstacles in project development.
- Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, track action items, address issues, and negotiate scope changes.
- Coordinate meetings and milestone reviews with the client.
- Coordinate the technical team from various areas to achieve project objectives.
- Track project costs and time according to the project plan and internal processes.
- Communicate project metrics, risks, and deviations to the operations team.
**What do we need in our team**
- At least 4 years of experience in managing technical projects.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to international clients and stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 equivalent).
Valuable knowledge:
- Knowledge of PMI and agile methodologies.
- Academic background in engineering.
- Familiarity with ISO9001 and similar quality standards.
- Experience in team management.
- Experience working with technical requirements.
- Work remotely 60 % of the time
- Adaptable start/finish times; reduced intensive working hours on Fridays and in summer Monday to Friday.

The individual must have good communication skills and be capable of working autonomously and effectively while collaborating in a potentially international and culturally diverse team.
Additionally, the individual should possess strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills, along with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and an interest in technology development.
