Build and maintain grower relationships, understanding crops, markets, and practices.
Provide technical guidance on varieties, plant physiology, and regional production.
Manage customer interactions, claims, contracts, and seasonal follow-up.
Track berry programmes and ensure accurate documentation of hectares and variety performance. Attend key seasonal stages to address critical agronomic and commercial needs.
Monitor crop performance, identify challenges, and provide balanced technical-commercial solutions.
Prepare reports and trackers, delivering actionable insights to leadership. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to support strategic decision-making and drive market expansion by identifying new prospects and regions.
Facilitate smooth communication between growers, regional offices, and R&D in France.
Key Requirements:
5+ years in technical-commercial berry roles (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries).
Agronomy knowledge: plant physiology, production cycles, microclimates.
Proven grower relationship and account management experience.
Strong commercial skills: sales, claims, contracts, and prospecting.
Able to work independently in a remote, field-based role.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
Willing to travel extensively and occasionally to France. xhfqzwm
Based in or willing to relocate to Spain or Portugal
Knowledge of Spain, Portugal, Morocco.
Occasional travel to the NL for training and team visits
