Responsibilities
include
1. Collaborate with learning facilitators for timely delivery of online and offline activities.
2. Administer online learning activities and evaluations.
3. Ensure smooth operation of online workshops and platforms.
4. Track participant engagement levels.
5. Coordinate materials and logistics with facilitators and clients.
6. Handle remote onsite program logistics and client communication.
7. Assist in data collection for learning impact measurements.
8. Maintain up-to-date client databases.
9. Project a professional image and collaborate effectively with BTS stakeholders.
10. Support virtual training delivery as a digital resource.
11. Help manage office operations with local and regional team members.
Candidates Must Show
12. Interest in supporting learning programs using digital platforms.
13. Prior experience or knowledge in virtual learning or learning technologies is a plus.
14. Experience in data collection and analysis is advantageous. Knowledge in CRM-Sales Force is a plus.
15. Eagerness to support multiple projects.
16. Fluency in English required.
17. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
18. Excellent project management abilities, adaptable to ambiguous situations.
19. Alignment with BTS values, including client focus and accountability.
