About The Role
* Work within the Regulatory reporting group in the Complaints Handling section of the Quality & Regulatory Affairs department, collaborating with other groups such as regulatory compliance, Sales, and Customer Service.
* Ensure compliance with processes, standards, and applicable international legislation.
* Support process improvement projects aligned with corporate excellence programs and group objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Organize complaint handling activities across all European subsidiaries and distributors to ensure timely processing, accuracy of information, and identification of reportable cases.
* Forward complaint information for product replacement or credit to Customer Service.
* Receive complaint products and perform correct triage.
* Coordinate international shipments for investigation.
* Provide complaint reports to the Managing Director, Sales Representatives, Customer Service, or customers upon request.
* Respond to calls and emails regarding complaints.
What You’ll Need
* Commercial apprenticeship, education as a Dental Assistant, or other administrative degree.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Strong communication and writing skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Good time management and organizational skills.
* Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish; fluency in at least one other European language (German, French, Italian, Dutch, or Portuguese) is a plus.
