The Vision
As Director of Total Rewards, you’ll design a holistic rewards experience that amplifies engagement, performance, and growth, integrating strategic vision with data intelligence. You will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, Finance, and People Partners, embedding the rewards strategy into all facets of our business and culture.
Responsibilities
* Strategic Vision & Team Leadership
o Lead and mentor a Total Rewards team, fostering curiosity, creativity, and analytical excellence.
o Design Cint’s next‑generation global rewards strategy, encompassing compensation, equity and benefits, to empower our people and differentiate us in the market.
o Build strong partnerships across the business, turning insights into impact and ideas into measurable outcomes.
* Global Benefits Ecosystem
o Architect and guide Cint’s global benefits philosophy, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
o Drive partnerships with providers such as Gallagher and explore new digital platforms that elevate the employee experience.
o Scan emerging benefit trends that support wellbeing, inclusion and belonging.
* Pay Equity & Strategic Transparency
o Leverage the EU Pay Transparency Directive to build trust, fairness and brand strength.
o Collaborate with the Global Leadership Team to evolve our compensation philosophy, making equity and transparency the foundation of reward decisions.
* Data‑Driven Insights & Analytics
o Transform Total Rewards into an insight‑led powerhouse.
o Build predictive models and analytics frameworks that guide leadership.
o Champion technology to simplify complexity and illuminate opportunity.
* Executive & Committee Partnership
o Work with the Chief People Officer on Remuneration Committee materials, providing strategic recommendations aligned with long‑term growth.
o Ensure programs reinforce purpose and values while rewarding performance.
* Strategic Enablement & Financial Stewardship
o Empower managers and People Partners with tools to make smart, equitable reward decisions.
o Co‑create the annual compensation and benefits budget with Finance, ensuring measurable impact and responsible investment.

Qualifications
* 8+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits in global, fast‑evolving organisations.
* Proven leadership building high‑performing teams that blend analytics with empathy.
* Hands‑on experience designing and implementing equity plans, ideally within publicly listed European companies.
* Deep expertise in global benefits design, vendor partnerships and multi‑country regulatory compliance.
* A forward‑thinking mindset, constantly scanning for next‑practice ideas.
* Exceptional analytical acumen, translating complex data into stories and strategies.
* Strong communication and influence skills, comfortable presenting to C‑level leaders and engaging cross‑border teams.
* Solid grasp of EU pay transparency, pay equity, and executive compensation principles.
