About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Partnership & Business Development Manager based in Madrid who will be responsible for identifying new partners, building relationships, and launching collaborative projects.
This is a high-communication, people-facing role that combines online outreach and offline networking — from social media communication to attending meetings and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential partners (companies, institutions, communities)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Initiate and develop joint projects and collaborations
- Communicate via social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and direct outreach
- Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking sessions in Madrid
- Support negotiations and partnership discussions
- Coordinate communication between different stakeholders within projects
- Monitor opportunities for collaboration and market expansion
Key Requirements
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or communications
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to initiate conversations and build trust quickly
- Experience using social media as a communication tool (not just content posting)
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Comfortable attending events and meetings
Languages
- Spanish — working proficiency (B1+ minimum)
- English — fluent
- Ukrainian or Russian
