Google Ads Specialist – Marbella, Costa del Sol
We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing team on a half‑time basis (20 hours per week). The role includes creating, optimizing, and managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple markets to help drive high‑quality leads and increase brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
* Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results
* Analyze different markets and adapt campaigns accordingly
* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
* Manage budgets and ensure strong ROI
* Track conversions and provide performance reports
* Collaborate with the marketing team on strategy and campaigns
* Develop AI‑driven campaigns
Requirements
* Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
* Strong analytical skills and data‑driven mindsetExperience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting tools
* Ability to optimize campaigns for lead generation
* Understanding of international markets is a plus
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus, especially Swedish)
