What are we looking for?
We seek an ambitious and talented individual to join our Marketing Department as a National Trade Marketing Manager based in Mumbai.
MISSION
Design and execute sales systems & processes, develop channel infrastructure, and build the sales team’s overall capability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead Urban and Rural GTM strategies, focusing on towns with populations over 10 Lakh, including outlet and frequency selection.
* Determine manpower levels and quality for Urban and Rural areas.
* Manage channel structure and inputs, develop programs for Wholesale, Superstores, and Chemists, and oversee visibility implementation.
* Own the rollout of DMS and other Sales IT initiatives.
* Monitor results, plan distribution drives, and manage outlet and beat databases.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Achieving sales targets and improving distribution parameters.
Qualifications:
* University degree, preferably an MBA.
* Over 6 years of experience in General Trade within the FMCG industry.
* Experience in Regional SDTM roles.
* Strong analytical, communication, and CRM skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
