Pb Mission /b /pp Key Mission of the Store Manager is to successfully lead the Store by ensuring that all standards in terms of performance, processes and team management are compliant with FENDI values and guidelines. /pp The Store Manager will be responsible for the business development and targets achievement by building up a loyal client base through the promotion of FENDI history, craftmanship, quality of materials and creativity. /p pb Main Responsibilities /b /pulli Monitor and achieve store performance with relevant KPIs /lili Assist in the selling process /lili Conduct a brief every day and animate the brief with a “Team Board” /lili Analyse the business, propose, and implement action plans to improve results, generate sales for each product category also by promoting cross-selling /lili Demonstrate sales leadership for staff and set performance targets for team and individual with relevant KPIs /lili Be aware of local trading environment and its impact on our sales, including competitors#39; trading activities /lili Manage and supervise the team in the correct execution of all company operating and stock procedures /lili Manage customer service quality, to meet client’s expectations by offering excellent customer service standards /lili To develop loyal FENDI clients and implement appropriate CRM tools and clienteling actions including in-store events /lili Act as brand ambassador to strengthen/build relationships with VIP clients /lili Improve Mystery Shopper Results with action plans /lili Manage sales force to achieve sales goals effectively and clearly assign their day-to-day tasks /lili Motivate employees to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork and maintain harmonious staff relations /lili Enhance individual#39;s performance by discussing individual performance every month, daily coaching /lili Work with HR Dept. in recruiting the most qualified applicants to meet the store needs /lili Supervise store personnel and enforce Company policies while adhering to proper procedures regarding disciplinary action /lili Ensure the proper management of staffing roster to provide appropriate store coverage /lili Set up In-Store training routine /lili Conduct Induction Training for new joiners and mentoring exercises /lili Identify individual and team training needs to develop Talents and communicate these needs to HR Department /lili Manage day-to-day needs and administration /lili Review and submit sales and operational reports to management in adherence to company#39;s KPIs and policies /lili Inform management of decisions and procedures relating to business made at store level and any staff issues /lili Take necessary actions to effectively control costs and ensure efficient operation in the store /lili Ensure that FENDI’s standards are applied and maintained at all times across the customer service, internal control and back-office activities (stocks, administration, etc.) /lili Ensure that Visual Merchandising is consistent with Company standards and display is always the best, aligned with sales performance /li /ul pb Profile /b /pulli More than 10 years’ experience in Managerial role /lili Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree is preferred /lili Manages his/ her image standards on a high level /lili Strong selling and communication skills are necessary /lili Administration and financial skills /lili Excellent relationships skills /lili Leadership, confidence, organization, professionalism /lili Strong customer service skills /lili Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge /lili Goal oriented, multitasking /lili Strong knowledge and/or interest for fashion/luxury industry /lili English mandatory, knowledge of additional languages is a plus /li /ul
