We are searching for multilingual Real Estate Agents / Lister speaking English and another native/advanced language to work in the Safor area.
Tasks
* Listing properties in your assigned area, prospecting and networking
* Verifying all necessary property documentation, and securing mediation agreements with owners while adhering to company commission policies
* Client relationships by providing regular updates and reports to vendors on market status and Blue Square listed properties
* Updating our CRM with client requirements and maintaining your database to meet commercial requirements
* Live in requested area
Requirements
Fluency in English is essential with another native/advanced tongue such as Spanish, Dutch, German or French.
* Driving licence
* Residency : Safor, Marina Alta
* Autónomo status
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, self‑motivation
* Results‑oriented mindset, with the ability to work in an international team
* With a 'can-do' attitude, organized, flexible, and hands‑on
* Customer service skills, ideally with experience working with demanding national and international clients
