* Experience in services related to the public sector.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Planning, organization and management, definition of the service model.
* Planning and monitoring of activities, ensuring alignment with contract objectives.
* Service management activities related to integration, scope, cost, schedule, communication,
risks, quality, talent, knowledge, involvement/coordination of various stakeholders and
change management.
* Implementation of established indicators and procedures.
* Quality and service improvement.
