The Vistex Delivery Manager will work with Vistex customers on multiple cloud engagements at any given time to successfully deliver assigned projects, build client relationships and drive new business opportunities. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of Project Management principles, ability to understand business needs and have a good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology
This is a remote role based in Poland, but we are also open to candidates from the UK, Spain, and Germany, provided they are eligible to work within the EU.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide project management oversight for assigned projects
2. Manage multiple clients/projects at any given time
3. Develop and manage milestone plans with key activities and dependencies
4. Lead customer Executive Steering Committee meetings and weekly PMO status meetings
5. Identify and close new service opportunities for your assigned clients
6. Manage project status’ and client expectations and escalate as needed
7. Manage teams of consultants to meet project timelines
8. Monitor issues and risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring to resolution
9. Participate in requirement gathering sessions
10. Ability to lead a team to problem solve business or technical issues
11. Manage SOW/Contract requirements and related change requests (CR)
12. Monitor and manage project labor and expense budgets in Contract Management software
