At RYF Consultores, we are currently partnering with a leading multinational company specialised in the manufacturing of electronic components for the railway sector. We are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager with a high level of English and French to join their growing project organisation.
The Role
You will be responsible for the simultaneous management of multiple technical projects (electronics, converters, systems, software, etc.), ensuring successful delivery across the full project lifecycle. This role requires close, bidirectional interaction with customers, internal engineering teams and suppliers, guaranteeing delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality standards .
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects concurrently in an industrial/production environment.
* Ensure compliance with project schedule, cost and quality objectives.
* Act as the main interface with customers and suppliers, coordinating closely with internal engineering teams.
* Define project scope, work packages, deliverables and milestones.
* Develop detailed project plans and control execution throughout all phases.
* Create, manage and monitor project budgets, including deviation control.
* Track project progress, team effort and implement contingency plans when required.
* Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and incidents as necessary.
* Manage contractual obligations and conditions.
* Control and document project changes and lead negotiations with customers.
* Maintain formal customer communication, including process handovers and associated plans.
* Resolve interfunctional conflicts.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes.
Candidate Profile
* University degree or Higher Vocational Qualification (FP II) in Industrial, Electronics, Aeronautical Engineering or similar.
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in similar project management roles within production/manufacturing environments.
* Working knowledge of SAP .
* PMP certification is desirable.
* ESSENTIAL: High level of English and French .
