Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transport Management (TM). Analyze business requirements and define SAP solutions aligned with best practices. Prepare and conduct Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard workshops. Design solutions and propose process improvements to address identified gaps. Coordinate system implementation with nearshore/offshore teams. Act as a trusted advisor to the client and take on project management responsibilities. Requirements 8-10 years of experience in SAP EWM/TM. Participation in 3-5 full project lifecycles in SAP EWM/TM. Deep knowledge of Extended Warehouse Management and/or Transport Management processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Experience in SAP S/4HANA projects (certification is a plus). Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects. Strong skills in gathering, validating, synthesizing, and communicating data for diverse audiences. Higher education degree in Economics, IT, or equivalent. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Proactive, communicative team player and self-starter. Willingness to travel for project-related needs.
