brThis is a contract role on the Bookmap marketing team for a paid media specialist with experience managing evergreen paid media campaigns.
brThe role will report directly to the Marketing director. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, creative and technical skills from their previous roles. A typical day will be focused on managing performance campaigns for direct paid conversions, upsells, cross-sells and winback campaigns. They will build personalized communications, leveraging data and user research to improve paid media performance. This role encompasses a diverse range of paid media channels including search, paid social media, programmatic, advertorial, display, video, etc. The role will focus primarily on campaign execution and reporting.

brCore Responsibilities
br1. Campaign Execution Management
brWith guidance from the Marketing director, this person will own daily operational management of paid channels including: Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Programmatic ( Taboola, Adroll,Criteo )
brLaunch, duplicate, pause, and optimize campaigns based on predefined goals
brManage budgets and bids to ensure spend aligns with CPA and pacing targets
brMonitor delivery issues (learning limited, underdelivery, audience saturation)
br2. Testing Execution Creative Rotation
brTest and learn based on an established roadmap
brUpload new creative concepts and variants
brSet up A/B tests (audiences, creatives, formats, hooks)
brRotate out fatigued ads
brEnsure naming conventions and structure are consistent
br3. QA Ownership
brQA all links, landing pages, and tracking before campaigns go live
brCatch and flag anomalies (broken events, zero conversions, abnormal CVR drops)
br4. Reporting Performance
brMaintain a reliable and transparent reporting system
brCreate your own customized dashboards
brProvide daily updates on spend, pacing, key anomalies and weekly reports on performance, test results, notable changes
brQualifications
br~+2 years hands-on paid media experience
br~ Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
br~ Expertise in flagging risks, blockers, or inconsistencies
br~ Experience with analytics and reporting platforms: GA4, Looker Studio, native platforms reporting system
br~ Experience managing accounts with frequent testing cycles and multiple active campaigns
