We are looking for an ambitious individual with a passion for Sales and a genuine interest in affiliate marketing to start the career in the role of Jr Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry.
Responsibilities:
* Create and nurture key sports and casino affiliate relationships with existing and new partners to generate growth
* Monitor affiliate activity (Follow-up deals and commission payments) and identify areas of improvement to optimize traffic source performance
* Source and recruit new direct affiliate partners to the program
* Actively manage the relationship with our partner network and internal stakeholders
* Affiliate and account management (acquisition, activation, retention, scaling)
* Take responsibility for the overall performance of assigned affiliates and continuously optimize deals/campaigns (f.e. ensuring all material with the assigned affiliates is up to date; campaigns, design, landing pages, bonus offers, links)
* Report on results, performance, and challenges on a regular (weekly/monthly) base
* Communicate upcoming new offers, new product features, promotions etc to Affiliates
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Latvian, Russian – advantage)
* Detail oriented & well organized with an ability to multitask
* A good team player and excellent communication skills
* Ability to travel to conferences and/or team meetings in other locations when needed
* Strong problem-solving and resolution skills
* Experience communicating via different channels on daily basis
* Self-discipline and can-do, curious and positive attitude; high stress-resistance
* Strong communication and a passion for sales, account management and relationship-building
* Experience in affiliation, marketing, sales is a plus
* Experience with CRM systems and Excel is a plus
* Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Development or a related field is considered a plus
* Experience within the iGaming industry is seen as an advantage
