Role Overview
Full‐time, on‐site Production Merchandiser/Business Developer based in Barcelona. Coordinate day‐to‐day communication between clients, the Barcelona office, and overseas production teams to ensure accurate interpretation of product requirements and timelines.
Responsibilities include managing sampling, approvals and production follow‐up, monitoring critical paths, supporting problem‐solving throughout the production cycle, analyzing customer needs, identifying business opportunities, and supporting sales activities through quotations, product presentations and costings. The role also maintains strong customer relationships, monitors market trends, and collaborates with design, technical and marketing teams to drive new business and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Background in commercial roles such as buying, production planning or sales.
University‐level Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, Design or a related field.
Strong communication skills in English, Spanish and Chinese.
Driver's licence.
Experience in a similar position and Asia production experience.
Available for global travel.
Strong commercial profile to grow business and control production timelines.
Influencing skills and leadership to balance stakeholder interests under pressure.
Team player able to thrive in a multi‐cultural environment.
