The Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive and maximize customer retention in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring long-term satisfaction for both our clients and our company.
In this role, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects while maintaining excellent relationships with our existing customers. You will serve as Immfly’s primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day activities and projects.
What your day-to-day will look like
* Oversee and track client projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and proactive resolution of issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
* Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (Product, Technology, Operations), representing client needs and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
* Generate monthly reports, driving continuous improvement and strategic recommendations.
* Identify opportunities for client growth, adoption, and retention, supporting long-term success and satisfaction.
* Lead quarterly Strategic Steering Committees with each customer to review the status of main topics in-depth in partnership with other internal departments.
Requirements:
* Proven experience (5+ years) in Account Management or Client Success roles, ideally within aviation, digital media, or technology environments.
* PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
* Strong understanding of Retail, IFE&C, or digital service delivery in a B2B context.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts and coordinate cross-functional projects.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable business opportunities.
* Proactive, persistent, and highly results-driven person with a continuous learning mindset.
* Fluent in English; Spanish and/or other European languages are a plus.
* Travels: This position includes occasional trips.
