Sales Specialist (Healthcare Informatics)
Responsible for identifying and creating growth in Healthcare Informatics (Enterprise Informatics) revenue and market share in Iberia, focusing on Spain and primarily on Radiology Informatics (RIS-PACS). You will proactively engage in sales activities targeting new and existing customers, as well as developing, qualifying, and closing profitable Healthcare IT deals.
Your role :
* Providing technical and clinical expertise through sales presentations and product/solutions demonstrations to customers.
* Identifying new deals early within the territory of Spain, building relationships with key customer personnel, and analyzing competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
* Maintaining relationships with current customers to ensure high satisfaction and address their needs.
* Formulating customer solutions by combining knowledge of Philips solutions, hospital/clinic workflows, and customer needs to create winning proposals. Informing customers about technological innovations and upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
* Gathering customer insights for new product introductions and providing market feedback.
* Participating in congresses, events, and team meetings within Spain and occasionally internationally.
* Managing the sales funnel accurately using Philips systems, providing transparent forecasts and explanations as needed.
* Supporting account managers with product and technical expertise on Enterprise Informatics solutions to drive business growth.
* Configuring optimal solutions based on customer needs, adhering to business policies and pricing strategies.
* Monitoring industry competition and providing feedback to sales and marketing teams for product expansion.
* This role requires at least 50% travel across Spain.
You're the right fit if you have :
* Experience in healthcare IT sales or business development, especially with software and services in healthcare.
* Experience in radiology workflows (RIS-PACS), cardiology, or hospital IT is a significant advantage.
* Excellent communication skills across various organizational levels.
* Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
* University degree, preferably in Engineering or IT.
* A continuous learning mindset and industry awareness.
* Strong business acumen and market understanding to advise customers effectively.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Team player capable of working in multicultural and international environments.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
