• Manage the internal and external Team, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure that the team is aligned with the FLUIDRA´s IT strategy and objectives. Build and manage the team to deliver required IT solutions.
• Estimate the efforts, workload and costs within the area and track the budget.
• Lead and perform the application support in the area. Responsible for managing the Support Team, assigning tasks, defining and following up KPI´s and overseeing day-to-day operations (first level support).
• Lead the regular SAP S/4HANA core maintenance tasks, release management, code version, involving both internal and external parties.
• Actively participate in the Project implementations where the area is involved.
• Manage expectations and day-to-day interactions with key stakeholders and sponsors.
• Ensure delivery excellence based on defined processes and service levels.

• Experience as SAP Support and Maintenance Lead
The Workstream Leader Application Maintenance and Support must be an expert in his/her domain with a track record of competency in Application Maintenance of SAP and at least 15 years of relevant experience, including global programs / organizations.
• Sustained leadership in a large organization involving multiple stakeholders.
• Management skills, including Team leadership, personnel administration, budget ownership, staff training and development.
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations and maintenance (including Cloud).
• Experience in establishing financial and non-financial metrics and KPIs for reporting and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of software and infrastructure design/architecture processes.
• Experience in designing and managing a complex project roadmap/pipeline.
• Experience and knowledge in complex architecture and integration landscapes.
