We are looking for a Field Application Specialist Bioreactor Technologies (F / M) based in Spain, ideally in Madrid or Barcelona.
The Application Specialist will be responsible for providing product expertise, application knowledge, and technical support throughout the customer's process. They will bring technical expertise and market knowledge to the sales team. The main missions include ensuring successful design validation and implementation of products by supporting sales in product design, positioning, demonstration, and assisting customers with application development, initial startups, and training.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Support the sales organization on existing products through presentations, demonstrations, application studies, and collaborate with product management on new products via beta testing and demonstrations.
2. Be responsible for the assigned product line to support sales targets within the territory.
3. Assist sales in customer process analysis and generate application trials to optimize product design according to application requirements.
4. Provide technical support by proactively answering inquiries and resolving field implementation issues.
5. Support the quality department in handling complaints by troubleshooting and analyzing customer processes for better resolution.
6. Collect, verify, and analyze data on product performance and customer feedback to identify features needing improvement.
7. Report on competitor products and feedback to management.
8. Provide basic product training to internal sales teams and dealers, and conduct external workshops and seminars.
9. Conduct trials and demos, prepare reports for product management and sales teams.
10. Collaborate to define trial scope and acceptance criteria, and build professional trial reports.

* Familiarity with life science applications and research topics is a plus.
* Experience in a similar role and industry is advantageous.
* Knowledge of related products, laboratory processes, and equipment.

* Excellent presentation skills.
* Customer-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus.
