We are expanding rapidly and looking for a driven, results-orientedSales Representativeto lead ourSOP fertilizersales growth inItaly and Spain.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive and grow sales of Potassium Sulphate (SOP)fertilizer products inItaly and Spain.
* Act as a sales hunter in the early pipeline and an account manager post-sale.
* Maintain existing relationships and build new ones with local distributors and wholesalers.
* Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
* Forecast seasonal demand and monitor market trends to align with production and logistics.
* Collaborate closely with international supply chain and trading teams.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
Must-Have Qualifications
* 5+ years inB2B fertilizer sales, with a strong understanding ofSOP and Agro markets in Italy and Spain.
* Existing network of clients, distributors, and cooperatives in the region.
* Strong analytical skills for accurate forecasting and market analysis.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
* Proficient inEnglishand eitherItalian or Spanish (ideally both).
