Role Overview
We are looking for a UI / UX Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our Madrid-based team. This is a hybrid role that requires both strong UI / UX design skills and hands-on front-end development expertise, primarily with Angular. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance user interfaces for financial SaaS platforms, working closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
Fluency in English is required (both written and spoken).
All candidates must submit a portfolio. CVs are optional.

What You’ll Do
* UI / UX Development & Implementation
Design and develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance UI components using Angular (12+).
1. Translate Figma prototypes and design systems into reusable, maintainable front-end components.
2. Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI components, following best practices for consistency and scalability.
3. Develop and maintain shared UI component libraries, ensuring reusability across multiple products.
Performance, Optimization & Technical Excellence
4. Optimize Angular applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
5. Work on state management solutions (NgRx, RxJS) to improve app performance and efficiency.
6. Debug and resolve front-end performance issues, ensuring seamless user interactions.
Work closely with backend developers, product managers, and UI / UX designers to align technical and user experience goals.
7. Actively participate in Agile sprints, code reviews, and design reviews to ensure quality and innovation.
8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to best practices documentation.
Conduct user testing, collect feedback, and iterate on UI / UX improvements based on real-world data.
9. Analyze user behavior and engagement data to enhance usability and design effectiveness.
10. Stay up to date with UI / UX and Angular best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies.
11. Document UI / UX patterns, component libraries, and front-end development standards.
Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of experience in UI / UX development, with a strong focus on front-end engineering.
Expertise in Angular (Angular 12+) – Strong knowledge of component-driven architecture and modular UI design.
Proficiency in HTML & CSS – Strong grasp of semantic markup, styling techniques, and responsive design.
Experience in financial software, ERP systems, or SaaS platforms – preferably in FinTech, banking, or asset management.
Hands-on experience with state management solutions (NgRx, RxJS) for complex data handling.
Strong UX / UI knowledge – Ability to create intuitive, functional user experiences based on research and best practices.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with WebSockets & real-time data visualization for financial dashboards.
Basic backend familiarity (Node.js, .NET, Python) – Understanding how front-end interacts with APIs.
Knowledge of microservices & cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Exposure to ERP, trading platforms, or financial services applications.
Experience with version control & CI / CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
