About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Account Manager fluent in German to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, strengthen long-term relationships, and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
This position is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with a commercial mindset and enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships with German-speaking clients
* Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
* Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
* Understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery
* Track account performance and provide regular reporting
Requirements
* Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level)
* Good command of English (B2 or higher)
* Previous experience in account management, sales, or business development
* Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
* Results-oriented with a proactive approach
* Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
