WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGLead and coordinate
CX and digital commerce projects
across multiple countriesManage
RFPs from preparation to delivery
, ensuring compliance with regulations and governance standardsMaintain
project and RFP documentation
in appropriate repositories (Confluence, SharePoint), including architecture approvals, financial records, and compliance documentationCollaborate with
cross-functional and international teams
to ensure successful project deliveryApply
best practices in project management, stakeholder communication, and agile methodologiesMonitor and report on
project progress, risks, and opportunitiesContribute to
continuous improvement of processes and governance
within CX, MarTech, and commerce projects
