**Job Purpose**

Within a transformational context, we are creating a Consumer Center that will play a critical role for the future of the group, by building new services and new business models for solving key con-sumers/patients and dental practices/doctors pain points to democratize oral health success. In this scenario we are looking for the Regional Consumer Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d) who will lead the strategy and develop our services.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on Sales funnel Units Economics/ financial Profitability and Consumer/Customer satisfaction
- Take a lead role in developing services, patient journey, tech stack and funnel improvements that create and nurture opportunities for achieving the goals based on analytics
- Management of the sales process, driving sales growth through marketing programs, campaigns and call center
- Managing sales pipeline to ensure timely and accurate forecasting, tracking and reporting sales activity in CRM tool, maintaining accurate records of all sales activities
- Identify trends and customer pain points / problem to be solved enriching our services
- Lead meetings with prospective clients and lead customer service onboarding
- Drive the implementation of activation campaigns that meet business objectives and drive con-version
- Work closely and ensure engagement of the local sales team
- Plan, manage and deliver the hub budget
- Build, manage and coach a high performing learning team
- Empowering team members with skills to improve and maximize their potential

**Qualifications and requirements**
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- 5+ years must have consumer marketing and consumer sales experience
- 5+ years must have in performance marketing
- 5+ years in digital marketing projects and go-to-market strategies in global environments (preferably medical device business).
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business administration or Sales or Marketing an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
- Experience in dental or medical area within an agency or clinic organizing international treatment
- 5+ years professional experience in leading sales of digital products or services or remote selling.
- 5+ years in team management into a startup and international context

- Management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Energetic, commercial, and performance driven team player with entrepreneurial spirit and strong marketing and commercial execution.
- Able to translate data-driven insights and complex digital topics in a tangible way
- Digitally driven mindset to prioritize pragmatic value driving activities with a measurable impact
- Listener, ability to delegate, inspire and communicate effectively
