we are looking for a hands‑on and proactive
Systems Administrator
to provide technical support to end-users and help maintain both local infrastructure and cloud environments (primarily AWS). This role is ideal for a mid‑level professional who combines solid troubleshooting skills with a desire to grow in cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first and second-level IT support to internal users (hardware, software, network, mobile devices).
Perform basic administration of Windows.
Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, Microsoft 365).
Install, configure, and maintain workstations and peripheral equipment.
Handle and track IT tickets using an ITSM tool (JIRA).
Assist with cloud infrastructure tasks on AWS (basic monitoring, deployment support, access management).
Maintain technical documentation.
Technical Requirements
Solid understanding of Windows OS and basic knowledge of Linux systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.).
Experience with Active Directory and user lifecycle management.
Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, IAM, S3) is a strong plus.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Experience with virtualization (VMware).
Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
Experience
At least 4 years in a similar technical support or system administration role. xhfqzwm
Languages
Good level of English (minimum B2). Able to work in an international environment and understand technical documentation.

Schedule & Working Conditions
Working hours: 9:00 – 18:00 (adaptable)
Intensive schedule in July and August

Salary
30,000€ – 40,000€ per year, depending on experience
