Overview
CCR is seeking for a Controller/FBP who will interact with Area FBP, in order to support the operations growth in both Iberica and Italy, and will be also part of the Southern Area team. He/she will play the role of the Trusted advisor of the Operational Leaders and will interact with the Finance team of the Area. The Goals of the candidate are to:
Interact with the Area FBP to implement strategic priorities and key business decisionsLead the RTR, PTP and OTC teams of the entitiesIdentify Tax and controlling risks and find opportunities to offset themContribute to the successful deployment of S4 Hana in the AreaImplement and accelerate Profit Assurance program among the entitiesLead Internal, tax and statutory/reporting AuditsContribute to processes improvement across the entitiesThe successful candidate will provide essential support for the achievement of the Plan/Target and for the success of the Strategic Plan. The individual will work with a wide range of key stake holders including the Area Finance Team and leadership team, operational and functional teams.Responsibilities
Proactive analysis, identification and implementation of actions in Partnership with the Area Finance Manager and Operational Business Functions to drive business profitability and growthDrive / Manage Cash Flow metrics and design Working Capital improvement plans with Operations (DSO, NITO, AP days)Play a key role on the forthcoming S4 Hana implementation. Improve data quality as basis for the analysis:
Drive the ERP to set-up required financial transparency to analyze the businessOverall coordination as well as detailed delivery of Annual Plan / Quarterly Forecast / Monthly Performance Review preparation in cooperation with Partner Business FunctionsSales/Margin/Cost Analysis versus Plan/Forecast/Prior YearProject controlling:
Validation and continuous monitoring of the Solutions Delivery Projects (Sales and Margin)KPI and Ad-Hoc Reporting locally as well as to the HeadquartersDrive a culture of 'best practice' by leading / participating in various process improvement projects to simplify, streamline and automateQualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Finance, Controller or Chief accountant in an international companyFluent in Spain and English is essential, Italian language desirableBachelor’s Degree in Finance with a focus on Tax and IFRSGood MS-Office and ERP skills (SAP, Excel, PowerBI, Access, Powerpoint,)Self-starter able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environmentClear and effective communication skillsDuties may require periodic overtime hours to support project deliverablesFocus on results with a proactive drive and sense of ownershipDaring to challenge and disruptAssertiveness and persuasion skillsOrientation to detail / Analytical skills (high attention to detail)Ability to manage short term tasks as well as mid to long termGood communication, presentationAvailability for travel (10-30%)Ability to relocate between ES, PT and IT in case necessary
