We are looking for a VIP Waitress to join our Daylife Division for our seasonal hiring in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a luxury venue with VIP Clients, preferably in an international setting. This role involves delivering exceptional service to our elite clientele, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and luxurious experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional service to VIP guests with discretion, efficiency, and attention to detail.
* Build genuine rapport with regular and high-profile clientele.
* Ensure seamless coordination with the kitchen and bar to provide prompt and accurate orders.
* Manage VIP tables, special requests, and personalized service experiences.
* Maintain high grooming standards and represent the brand with professionalism and grace.
* Support team members and uphold a collaborative and respectful work environment.
* Be proactive in upselling and recommending dishes or beverages suited to the guest's preferences.
1. Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury or lifestyle dining venue.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
* Fluent in English, Other languages such as Spanish, Russian, Italian and Chinese Highly Preferred
* A professional, polished, and well-groomed appearance.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
