OMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company. OMODA operates individually from other brands of Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.
Mission
To support the development and implementation of the company’s budgeting and financial control framework, ensuring effective monitoring of departmental spending under the supervision of the Finance Manager.
* Business profitability analysis

* Development of reporting systems
Main Responsibilities
* Support the design and implementation of the internal budgeting and cost control system.
* Coordinate with department heads to prepare and consolidate the annual budget establishing a unified budgeting calendar across all business units.
* Coordinate the preparation of individual budgets for each brand or business line and manage the consolidation into a single corporate budget.
* Monitor monthly performance (Budget vs. Actual vs. Forecast).
* Monitor and analyse departmental expenses managing monthly meetings with the different department heads to review budget status based on actual figures.
* Perform variance analysis and identify root causes of deviations.
* Define and maintain allocation cost criteria for shared corporate expenses
* Coordinate with Accounting to ensure proper cost allocation ensuring consistent monthly allocation methodology across business units.
* Propose corrective actions to improve budget compliance and cost efficiency.
Requirements
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar.
* 2 to 4 years of experience in budget and/or cost control
* Experience in building budgeting or reporting systems and structures from scratch.
* Experience with ERP systems is a plus
* Experience in the automotive sector is a plus
* Advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
* Fluent English
* Autonomous, structured, analytical profile with strong business mindset.
