Key job responsibilities:
* Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
* Analyze and implement corrective actions to ensure high quality and productivity, meeting business objectives across all shifts
* Support and lead a team while handling administrative tasks and fostering a strong team culture
* Analyze performance data and suggest process improvements to optimize work and enhance customer service
* Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes
A day in the life:
You will work shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing on maintaining safety standards and process efficiency. Your daily tasks include routine team management, operational tasks, handling escalations, process improvement initiatives, and contingency planning.
As part of the operations team, you'll work with colleagues and external partners to meet customer demands and targets. This involves analyzing data and performance metrics with leaders and discussing technical improvements with engineers.
Basic qualifications:
* Currently in the final year of a university degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
* Proficiency in written and verbal English and the local language
* Relevant experience in data analysis
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
* Experience in a logistics environment
* Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
