Our client, a fast-growing, profitable DTC e-commerce company in the pet space, is looking for a strategic and design-savvy Senior Visual Designer to lead the evolution of their multi-brand portfolio.This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape how millions of pet parents experience our client’s products — across packaging, websites, ads, and more. You’ll define and maintain distinct brand identities, lead creative execution, and work cross-functionally to ensure consistency, quality, and performance across every customer touchpoint.About the Company
Our client operates a growing portfolio of 8 pet brands, generating 8-figure revenue through strong recurring subscription models. With sales across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, and TikTok Shop, they’ve built a loyal customer base — and now they’re ready to elevate their brand experience across channels.What They’re Looking For
The Senior Brand Manager will take full ownership of brand identity and visual standards, leading both strategy and execution. This person should be both creative and analytical, capable of collaborating across growth, product, Amazon, and design teams to ensure that brand work drives real business outcomes.Own brand positioning, visual identity, and voice across multiple DTC pet brands
Lead creative execution across packaging, digital ads, emails, landing pages, and print assets
Collaborate with internal teams to align brand work with performance goals
Manage and mentor graphic designers and freelancers, providing strong creative direction
Partner with developers and UX teams to guide visual design on new landing pages and site builds
Support tone-of-voice and copy development across channels
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency at scale
Report directly to the CEO, contributing to high-level brand and marketing strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile
6+ years of experience in brand management or creative strategy, with 2+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience in DTC e-commerce, CPG, or lifestyle brands
Strong design sensibility and hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Experience working across both physical and digital brand touchpoints
Ability to lead a team, manage multiple brands, and juggle competing priorities
Analytical mindset — understands how brand impacts growth metrics
Strong communication and project management skills
Bonus:
