Junior export area manager

A growing international company operating in the
industrial/manufacturing sector
is looking to hire a
Junior Export Area Manager
to support the development and consolidation of export markets within the assigned regions.

This role represents an excellent opportunity for a commercially oriented professional looking to grow in
international sales and market development
within a structured and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the implementation of the
international sales strategy
in the assigned export markets.
* Manage and develop relationships with
distributors and key accounts
under the supervision of senior management.
* Follow up on sales activity, forecasts and performance indicators by country, customer and product.
* Identify new business opportunities and support the
opening of new markets and distributors
.
* Coordinate the launch and introduction of
new products
in international markets.
* Monitor stock levels and support demand planning in collaboration with internal teams.
* Prepare
market analysis, competitor benchmarking and sales reports
.
* Contribute to corrective action plans in case of deviations from sales targets.
* Ensure proper follow-up of quotations and orders until completion.
* Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, technical, regulatory, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of export operations.
* Support actions aimed at strengthening
brand presence
in international markets.

Requirements

Education

* Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering or similar
.

Experience

* 1–3 years of experience in
international sales, export support or commercial roles
.
* Exposure to working with
distributors or international clients
is a plus.

Languages

* Fluent
English
(spoken and written).
* Additional languages (French, German, Italian, etc.) are highly valued.

Skills

* Strong commercial mindset and
international orientation
.
* Analytical and organized profile, comfortable working with numbers and reports.
* Good communication and relationship-building skills.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in an international environment.
* Proficient in
MS Office
; ERP/CRM experience is a plus.
