Your leadership will be pivotal in guiding a dedicated team to efficiently run the store operations. By prioritising both direct interactions and behind-the-scenes support, you'll cultivate an environment where every customer feels valued and every aspect of the store contributes to its success, ultimately maximising profits.Key Responsibilities :
Offering customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experienceAnalysing selling information and taking responsibility for the store sales performanceLeading and motivating a team of managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to achieve excellent standards of serviceLeading recruitment and ensuring induction and training of new starters is carried out wellIdentifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progressionOverseeing store operationsCreating a great place to workQualificationsWe seek individuals who embody teamwork, entrepreneurship, and constant improvement, fostering a collaborative environment.
